Withdraw from contract
As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase here.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (withdrawal). The details – in particular on deadlines, refunds and returns – can be found in our Terms and Conditions under “Right of withdrawal (for consumers)”.
You can declare your withdrawal using the form below. After submitting, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. You may of course also notify us of your withdrawal informally by email to weingut@mantlerhof.com or by post to Weingut Mantlerhof GmbH & Co KG, Hauptstraße 50, 3494 Gedersdorf, Austria.
