A site at the eastern foot of the Gobelsberg slope. Soil: gravel and sands of the Danube, topped with loess and a humus-rich horizon. The name Zehetnerin derives from the medieval tithe (Zehent) that farmers owed to the manor. Slender, purist Rieslings grow here, with a hint of minerality.
